Ways to locate winning personnel:

1. Temp-to-Perm – allows you to be sure the person is right before committing to full-time employment. We provide the person under contract, and you have the flexibility to convert them to full-time employment at the end of the temporary period.
2. Full-Time – provides you with a qualified person to begin work immediately as your full-time employee.
   1. For contract personnel, you pay an hourly fee that is negotiated up front.
   2. For temp-to-perm, you pay an hourly fee during the temporary time period.
3. For full-time recruiting of personnel - our fees approximate market rates. How to Get Started? It is helpful for us to first receive a position description along with a salary/fee range. How Long Does it Take? We can usually provide responsive resumes in no more than a week or 10 days. It is sometimes possible to provide candidates within two or three days.
