Recruiting - Staffing Services

OCI has provided recruiting / staffing services to both large and small business for over 10 years. There are several reasons to use us to assist with staffing:
- You can concentrate on your core business
- Our proprietary databases and sources are rich in talent
- You can shorten the time needed to obtain quality personnel
- Our warranties let you limit your risk
We provide staffing / recruiting services in the following skill categories:
- Proposal personnel
- Contracts personnel
- Program Management personnel
Different vehicles for obtaining personnel include the following:
1. Contract personnel – you have a temporary requirement, and we provide the talent under contract
2. Temp-to-Perm – you want to be sure the person is right before committing to full-time employment. We provide the person under contract, and you have the flexibility to convert them to full-time employment at the end of the temporary period
3. Full-Time recruiting – you want a qualified person to begin work immediately as your full-time employee
Fees
- For contract personnel, you pay an hourly fee that is negotiated
- For temp-to-perm, you pay an hourly fee during the temporary
- For full-time recruiting of personnel, our fees approximate market rates. In some cases, discounts can be offered to small disadvantaged businesses.
How to Get Started
It is helpful for us to first receive a position description along with a salary / fee range.
How Long Does it Take?
We can usually provide responsive resumes in no more than a week or 10 days. It is sometimes possible to provide candidates within two or three days.
