PRESIDENTIAL MEMORANDUM ON GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING - RESERVING WORK FOR FEDERAL EMPLOYEES

The Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) is issuing a proposed policy letter to provide guidance addressing when work must be reserved for performance by federal employees.
